The iSTOXX® World Top 200 Equal Weight Index provides a blue-chip representation of the world’s largest companies, combining indices from six core regions across the globe, that include the largest companies of their respective region in terms of free-float market capitalisation. The index is designed to serve as a highly liquid underlying for financial products.

The underlying indices are EURO iSTOXX® 65 Equal Weight, iSTOXX® UK 25 Equal Weight, iSTOXX® Switzerland 10 Equal Weight, iSTOXX® USA 60 Equal Weight, iSTOXX® Japan 20 Equal Weight and iSTOXX® China H 20 Equal Weight. Pre-defined weights are allocated to these indices such that their components will be equally represented in the iSTOXX® World Top 200 Equal Weight Index.
